Fellowship Hall Rental Policies
The Fellowship Hall is available for use by all: church members, non-members, and community groups who agree to accept responsibility for the care and proper use of the facility.

Rental Fees & Deposits

• Total Rental Fee: $400.00 (Debit, Credit, Cash, Money Order Only)


• Booking Payment: $100.00 is required to reserve your event.


• Refundable Security Deposit: $150.00 is required as a Refundable Security Deposit to reserve your event.


• Balance: $300.00 is due at least two days prior to your event.


• You will not be granted entry to the facility unless ALL the above requirements are met.


• The security deposit will be refunded if the Fellowship Hall is left in the same condition in which it was found.

Insurance Requirement
All renters must purchase one-day event liability insurance and provide a copy to the church office two days prior to the event, with the final payment.

Alcohol, Tobacco, & Drug Policy
The use of alcohol, tobacco, or illegal drugs is strictly prohibited in any church building or anywhere on church property.

No alcohol, tobacco, or illegal drugs may be brought onto or used on the church property.

If evidence of alcohol or illegal drugs is found after your event, the security deposit will be forfeited.

Decorating & Setup
If your decorator needs access to the Fellowship Hall on Friday afternoon to decorate, they must provide a copy of their liability insurance to the church office in advance.

Event Hours
All events must conclude by 10:00 pm

The responsible person may remain briefly after 10:00 pm to restore the facility to its original condition.

Safety & Supervision
Lakewood United Methodist Church is committed to the safety of all who use our facilities.

Please:

• Keep walkways and entryways clear at all times


• Be mindful of trip hazards and wet floors


• Ensure children are supervised at all times

Parking & Driveway Access

• Do not block the church driveway at any time during your event.


• Failure to comply may result in the loss of your refundable deposit.
